Area of responsibilities: 

• Plan and manage mechanical engineering projects from inception to completion.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project requirements are met.
• Monitor progress and resolve any technical issues that arise.
• Oversee testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting of mechanical systems and equipment.
• Develop and implement maintenance schedules for mechanical equipment.
• Ensure minimal downtime and optimal performance of mechanical systems.
• Analyze equipment failures and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure all mechanical engineering activities comply with safety standards, industry regulations
• Lead, mentor, and motivate the mechanical engineering team

Requirement:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license is a plus.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in mechanical engineering, including supervisory or team lead roles.
• Proven experience in project management, maintenance, and operations of mechanical systems.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, HVAC, piping, and industrial equipment.
• Familiarity with industry standards such as ISO, or equivalent.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
