Deskripsi Pekerjaan

We are hiring an Accounting & Tax Staff position to join our fast growth team. The qualifications and responsibilities are as follows:

 

Job Responsibility:

  • Plan and develop policies and system management Finance & Accounting.
  • Manage daily financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable.
  • Prepare and process invoices, payments, and expense reports.
  • Reconcile bank statements and other financial records.
  • Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports.
  • Handle all aspects of Indonesian taxation, including PPh (Income Tax) and PPN (VAT), ensuring timely and accurate calculation, reporting, and payment.
  • Maintain accurate and organized financial records.
  • Support the finance team with budgeting and forecasting activities.

 

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting/Tax.
  • Proven experience as a Finance Staff or similar role, with strong knowledge and practical experience in Indonesian taxation (PPh, PPN).
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Accurate, SAP, or similar and microsoft office)
  • Minimum 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Good communication skills in English both, written and spoken.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
