Job Description

• Provide consultation and assistance to clients in the process of product licensing and certification (Halal, BPOM, SNI).
• Prepare and review administrative, technical, and legal documents for submission to relevant authorities.
• Manage communication and coordination with BPJPH, BPOM, BSN, and other related institutions.
• Conduct regulatory analysis and update clients regarding the latest policy changes in product certification and licensing.
• Assist clients during certification audits and support the resolution of audit findings.
• Prepare project reports and provide recommendations to improve regulatory compliance.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and deliver solutions tailored to their business needs.

Job Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Pharmacy, Chemistry, Biology, Public Health, or Law.
• At least 2 years of experience in product licensing, regulatory affairs, or certification (Halal, BPOM, or SNI).
• Strong knowledge of regulations related to halal certification, product registration for food/drugs/cosmetics, and national standards (SNI).
• Ability to prepare detailed and accurate technical and legal documentation.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills with government institutions and clients.
• Solution-oriented, detail-focused, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Proficiency in English (oral & written) is a strong advantage.
